Membership Card – Terms & Conditions

1. Discount Benefits:

 

• Members will receive 20% discount on all routine tests.
• Members will receive 10% discount on all specialized category tests.

 

2. Validity:

 

• The membership card is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.

 

3. Loyalty Program:

 

• Loyalty points will be earned based on the amount received from the customer.

 

           Loyalty points can be redeemed as follows:

 

• Get 5% additional discount on every next visit.

 

• Loyalty points redemption is applicable only when the member has accumulated a minimum of 1000 points.

 

4. Discount & Home Collection Policy:

 

• For test bookings up to ₹499: Home collection charges  ₹100 apply and no discount is applicable.

• For test bookings between ₹500 and ₹999: 10% discount and free home collection.

• For test bookings of ₹1000 or more: 20% discount and free home collection.

 

5. General Conditions:

 

• All disputes will be subject to the decision of the management.

• The management reserves the right to cancel the membership card at any time without prior notice.

• The membership benefits are non-transferable and can only be availed by the registered member.
